Objective: The objective was to develop a memorable brand experience that would generate an emotional connection with customers, increase product trials of the new GlowGuard SPF 50+ sunscreen, and increase brand awareness and engagement.
Challenge

- Color Palette: Sea blues, sun-kissed golds, beachy beige, and delicate corals. These colours evoked warmth, nature, and the beach, complementing the brand’s eco-conscious and sun-safe attractiveness.
- Welcome Arch: A beautiful lobby covered with “Glow & Flow” arches showing the brand’s emblem, created to immediately transport guests to the world of sun protection and skincare.

- Massive GlowGuard Sand Sculpture: The brand’s sunscreen product, made from huge sand, features a QR code that leads directly to the product page.
- Sunset Glow Wall: A luminous mural that educates viewers on the importance of sun protection and skin health.
- Surfboards & Flower Crowns: For photo ops, the company offers personalized surfboards and flower crowns imprinted with the logo.
Experiential & Interactive Engagement

- Sun-Kissed Bar: Lively mocktails like the “SPF Spritz” (citrus-based) and the “AfterSun Mojito” (aloe and mint) are served at this party spot. Branded mugs with skincare education messages decorated the mocktails.
- DIY Glow Station: Make a shimmer body spray and learn about coconut oil and aloe vera’s skincare advantages.
Sunscreen Spa Lounge
- Mini Consultations: Quick consultations were offered by skin experts who advised clients on the best sun protection products for their specific skin types.
- Free Product Trials: Guests can try out GlowGuard SPF 50+ sunscreen, get their hands on some travel sizes to take home, and learn everything about how it protects skin.
- Branded Facial Misting Fans: To beat the heat of the beach, these entertaining branded fans sprayed a cool, refreshing mist infused with the brand’s aroma.
